Ora Pro Nobis
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Ora Pro Nobis handles the data needed to deliver and protect the website. The project is free, ad-free and does not use behavioral profiling.
Who manages the processing
Marco Strano — Sikelia Labs — Italia
Purposes and legal grounds
Ordinary browsing requires technical network processing that is necessary to deliver pages, maintain security and reliability and prevent abuse. If you contact us, the information you choose to send is processed to answer your request. Accessibility and theme preferences are stored locally only when you request them.
This release of Ora Pro Nobis does not load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, advertising, retargeting pixels or other intentional profiling tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics (RUM) may be enabled separately at Cloudflare level for aggregate usage and performance metrics. Cloudflare documents that RUM does not use cookies or localStorage for these metrics, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not log URL query strings. No separate analytics-consent banner is displayed for RUM.
Providers and recipients
Cloudflare infrastructure is used for hosting, delivery and security; GitHub is used for development and build workflows, not as a visitor tracker. Evangelizo is a source of liturgical content. Email service providers process information only when you choose to contact us.
Local preferences
Theme, text size, high contrast and reading mode may be stored in browser localStorage. These values contain no account, prayer history, advertising identifier or behavioral profile and are not sent to our application server.
Support email
If you write to [email protected], we process the email address, message and any information you voluntarily include only to handle the communication, security and applicable obligations.
Retention
Application data is minimized. Local preferences remain in your browser until you clear them. Support communications are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and any related obligations. Infrastructure logs follow the provider’s security and retention settings actually in use.
International processing and transfers
Some technology providers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, processing must rely on GDPR transfer mechanisms and safeguards made available by the provider. The actual service inventory is checked before production.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise applicable rights.
Complaints
You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. People in Italy may contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. This page describes website behavior and is not individual legal advice.
